Training and Competence

All Paradigm Reinstatements staff receive Health and Safety (H&S) Training upon joining the company with annual refresher training to ensure we are fully focused on H&S at all times. In addition, our skilled tradespeople have already completed apprenticeships and achieved their relevant trade qualifications. All of our site staff are trained in 'Working at Height' and a range of PASMA courses as members of the Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ & Manufacturers’ Association.

In addition, our staff are trained in asbestos awareness and we employ specialist asbestos removal and disposal teams when asbestos is identified. All of our staff are also subject to Disclosure Scotland Police checks.
